At VELUNZA, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Right of return

The customer has 14 days after receiving the order to communicate their intention to return the product, in accordance with applicable legislation.

To request a return, please contact us through our Contact page, providing your order number.

Return conditions

The product must be returned in good condition, with all accessories and components included. The customer may be held responsible for any decrease in the value of the product resulting from handling that exceeds what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Unless the return results from a defective or incorrect product or another situation legally attributable to VELUNZA, the direct costs of the return are borne by the customer.

Damaged or incorrect products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible, providing your order number and, where applicable, photos of the problem.

Refunds

After receiving and verifying the return, the refund will be processed via the applicable payment method, according to the deadlines and conditions provided for in applicable legislation.
